Product description
The plots are carefully ploughed, and harvesting is done both manually and mechanically. These parcels cover 0.90 hectares and feature vines that are 40 years old. Production is limited. Grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentations taking place in barrels. The wine ages for 15 months, with 50% of the wine in barrels ranging from 1 to 4 years old on fine lees, and the remaining 50% in vats. Ripe pear, golden apple, and citrus zest on the nose, with hints of white flowers and almond. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, showcasing peach, lemon curd, and a touch of vanilla, finishing long and mineral-driven.
Awards
