Sourced from 8 hectares of the best terroirs in Pouilly-sur-Loire, planted with 40-year-old vines. Sustainable vineyard practices support vine health, with both hand and machine harvesting used to ensure optimal fruit selection. Gently pressed using pneumatic press, followed by natural settling. Fermented at low temperatures over three weeks, then matured for one year on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity. Pale yellow with a silver hue. Aromas of citrus, peach, and mango lead to a fresh, mineral-driven palate. Full and long on the finish, the wine is well balanced, combining finesse with richness and a touch of bright acidity.
