Product description
The renowned Becker family, whose winemaking legacy dates back to 1610, produces wines of the highest standard and, holds vineyards across five Grand Cru areas; Froehn, Schlossberg, Sonnenglanz, Praelatenberg and Schoenenberg.
Lying on a steep slope composed of maarl soil with silt pebbles, Schoenenbourg is one perfectly suited to Riesling which will age wonderfully. Rich and refined with subtle aromas of exotic fruits, violets and white truffle. Complex and generous with a refreshing acidity and mineral notes. Great length.

Juicy, mellow apple, dried apple skin and dried lemon rind make for a rich and mellow nose on this vivid wine. The palate redoubles on creamy, zesty mellowness reminiscent of tart, baked apple flesh. All is made vibrant with lemon acidity and the finish is rounded but bone dry. The wine is intense and rich, but svelte
