Sourced from selected vineyard parcels in Stellenbosch, the 2024 vintage benefited from a cool, dry growing season. Careful canopy management and controlled yields ensured optimal ripeness and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc character. Grapes crushed and left on skins for 6 hours before pressing. Juice settled for 48 hours, then fermented in stainless steel. Aged on fermentation lees for 8 months before bottling. Aromas of grapefruit, lime and passion fruit backed with subtle herbaceous tones. Clean, light and refreshing on the palate with notes of lemongrass followed by a long and bone dry finish.
