Committed to preserve ancient Certified Old Vine Heritage Vineyards, they work closely with their growers, encouraging respectful and sustainable vineyard practices. No new oak ensures the quality of the fruit and terroir shine through in every bottle.
Swartland is becoming South Africa’s stand out region for growing Chenin Blanc making wines showing a sense of place and with great character. Sourced from old bush vines planted in 1983. Great concentration on the nose with complex aromas of pear, peach, citrus and earthy notes. Medium to full-bodied with a vibrant acidity and a savoury finish.
