Cave Julien Cécillon is the project of two winemakers, Nancy Kerschen and Julien Cécillion, who are dedicated to produce elegant, terroir driven wines which reflect the climate, soil, and character of their appellation.
‘Babylone’ is the most structured wine produced by Julien and Nancy. Aged for 18 months on oak barrels, it has harmonious aromas of black cherry and raspberry with hints of violet, pepper, thyme, and licorice. Round and deep on the palate with fine tannins makes it a wine to be drunk in its early years but also with the ability to age gracefully over time. – DWM, August 2017
