Franck Millet took over here some years ago and, ably assisted by his wife Betty, he has worked wonders both amongst the vines and in the cellars. The Domaine lies in the heart of the region of Bué, one of the very best of the Sancerre villages.
Only a third of the wine undergoes oak barrel maturation to soften the palate. Bright red cherry fruits and a scent of violet. Round palate with a mineral touch. Even better when served slightly chilled.
French still red wine from Sancerre in Loire valley France, made with Pinot Noir.
