Hand-picked, wild-fermented in small batches, 30% whole bunch, partial whole berry, matured in used French oak for 10 months, 400 dozen made. The colour is bright, although modest depth; a scented, spicy bouquet of cherry blossom leads the way into a light, but bright and finely structured palate.
