From steep Mosel vineyards on slate soils, the grapes are machine harvested to ensure efficiency and freshness, yielding Riesling with bright fruit and marked minerality. Harvested in mid-October, the grapes are gently crushed and the juice fermented for four weeks in stainless steel tanks to preserve purity and freshness. Pale straw with aromas of lime, green apple and slate. The palate is crisp and vibrant, with citrus and stone fruit balanced by lively acidity and a touch of off-dry sweetness, finishing refreshingly with minerality.
