With vineyards situated on the steep, rocky hillsides of the Northern Rhône Valley, Cave Julien Cécillon is dedicated to produce elegant and terroir driven wines which reflect the climate, soil, and character of each appellation.
Barrel fermented with native yeasts and aged for 11 months in oak barrel (10% new). Elegant with lifted aromas of apricot, peach, jasmine and honey alongside herbal notes. Generous, harmonious, and well-balanced on the palate with the oak only here to round the texture. With just over 1,700bt produce each year, this high-flying Saint-Péray is an absolute gem.
