Helped with viticulturist Mike Winter and winemaker Dave Sutton, they produce a small selection from vineyards and barrels, which are often produced in extremely limited quantities.
Aged on the lees for a few months. Fresh and mineral with subtle aromas of pear, peach and nectarine. Medium bodied with good concentration of fruits and a fresh and dry finish.
Flinty and mineral notes on the nose, like wet slate. It opens up to more tropical flavours like pineapple. There's ood concentration on the palate which is kept in check with a refreshing acidity, through to the finish- The Sommelier Wine Awards 2019
