    Product description

Sourced from Te Kano’s Central Otago estate vineyards in Northburn and Bannockburn. Northburn contributes bright acidity and mineral finesse, while Bannockburn adds richness, ripe stonefruit and mid-palate weight. Fruit was hand-harvested by vineyard parcel and whole-bunch pressed. Fermented in barrel, the wine underwent extended lees stirring over nine months to enhance texture and complexity, before blending and bottling in spring. A poised wine with lifted aromas of white peach, melon and toasted coconut. The palate is layered with creamy vanilla, brioche and citrus peel, with a mineral drive finish.
