Product description
Sourced from Te Kano’s estate vineyards in Bannockburn (Central Otago) and the Waitaki Valley. Bannockburn fruit brings ripe tropical character and weight, while Waitaki’s limestone soils contribute freshness, fine acidity and a distinct mineral line. Fermented in stainless steel at very low temperatures to preserve fruit expression. Six months ageing on lees and grape skins builds mid-palate body and complexity before bottling. A concentrated and rich off-dry style Pinot Gris with vibrant aromas of stone fruit, pear and spice. Flavours of peach and pear flesh out the entry into the palate, with ginger and spice notes unfolding.
