The 10 hectares of vineyards are planted with 75% Prugnolo Gentile, 15% Canaiolo Nero and the rest with Mammolo and white varieties. Their Vino Nobile is aged in the 14th century cellars in the upper part of the old centre of Montepulciano.
They produce four DOC wines; Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Rosso di Montepulciano, Vin Santo di Montepulciano and Chianti Colli Senesi. They also make four IGT wines; Rosso d’Arnaldo and Caggiolino Rosato, Rosso and Bianco
