The Voillot family have grown vines for five generations and has a big footprint, south of Beaune, with thirty two parcels in some of the finest vineyards, all under the benevolent control of Joseph Voillot’s son-in-law, Jean Pierre Charlot.
“Brouillard” in old French means “breuil” or beuillât”, a small area where young or short trees grow. Delicate berry fruits alongside spices and earthiness. This is supple and elegant wine.
