Rich tropical mango and melon aromas layered with cream and toasty French oak. The palate shows juicy lemon curd and citrus-rind flavours.
North American still white wine from Sonoma in California USA, made with Chardonnay.
Christopher and Kristine Williams were living in Arizona when they jumped at the opportunity to buy the 51 acre Wattle Creek Winery when it unexpectedly became available in 1994. Bordered by the Russian river, this beautiful hillside property lies in the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. Not long afterwards they bought vineyards in the Yorkville Heights in Mendocino County and together these two neighbouring but different vineyards give them a varied and balanced wine portfolio. Virtually all their wines are Estate Grown which is to say that they are in control of their production at every stage.
