Setting the benchmark for Provence Rosé and now the most popular Rosé on the planet, it’s no wonder Jancis Robinson MW refers to Whispering Angel winemaker Sacha Lichine as ‘the golden boy of rosé’.
Made from a blend of free run and pressed juice. Subtle and delicate flavours of red currant and citrus alongside herbal notes and aniseed. Medium bodied with good concentration of ripe fruits and a crisp acidity.
Pale rose color with pretty aromas of lavender, rosehip, strawberries, cherries and cloves. It's medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a supple, creamy palate. Perfumed and elegant. Drink now.- 92 pts James Suckling
Tremendous wine… In 2021 there is a wonderful backbone to this wine from which the fruit is carefully draped. With the trademark watermelon and pomegranate hints and a deeper and more structured mid-palate than was found on the 2020, this is a more sophisticated wine than its crowd-pleasing predecessor.- Matthew Jukes
