Product description
Zapallares’ wines are made from international grape varieties grown in some of the best Chilean regions where they can fully express themselves.
This lovely Riesling spends 2 to 3 months on its lees to add structure and flavours. The result is a fresh and perfumed wine with aromas of citrus, grapefruit, lime, apple and apricot. The palate is well-balanced with good acidity, mineral qualities and a dry touch.

Fresh and zesty with a vivid streak of lime. Much drier than rieslings you’ll find from Germany or elsewhere in Europe, this would be great with ceviche and other raw seafood, or Mexican dishes such as tacos.
