This wine is a tribute to Florentina, Josep’s mother. The vineyards are located in Capçanes, Montsant DO. Vines from two plots aged between 75 and 100 years old. Grapes are hand-harvested. Once grapes are destemmed, they are transferred to a concrete tank of 5,200 litres for fermentation.
