Made with the traditional method using the classic sparkling grapes and aged for 34 months on its lees. Citrus aromas on the nose and toasty flavours on the palate, this is an elegant sparkling with a fine mousse and a refreshing acidity.

2018 Hoffmann & Rathbone Bacchus

Having a modern and minimalistic approach, this small negociant carefully sources some of the best grapes in Sussex to produce top notch artisan wines.

Conceived in Germany during the 1930s, Bacchus is a cross between Riesling, Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau which is well adapted to England’s short ripening season and is now regarded as one of the UK’s best varieties. Crisp and refreshing with aromas of elderflower, pear and white peach, a generous mouth feel and some minerality.

2011 Hoffmann & Rathbone Rosé

Having a modern and minimalistic approach, this small negociant carefully sources some of the best grapes in Sussex to produce top notch artisan wines.

Made with the traditional method, this Pinot Noir based has a complement of barrique fermented Chardonnay. Aged for 20 months on its lees. Strawberry and peach aromas with a touch of rose petal. Refreshing on the palate with fine bubbles.  Awarded a Gold Medal at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2015.
