…Planting with a plot-by-plot approach and hand-harvested. Low yields at 45 hl/ha. Vines age of 22 years. Grapes fermented in French oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in barrels, with 35% new, on the lees with stirring (bâtonnage). Citrus, pineapple and stone fruits aromas with mineral notes. Average vine age is 25 years. Yields are contained at 40 hL/ha, hand-harvested. Grapes were hand-sorted and gently pressed before undergoing alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Ageing on fine lees in French oak barrels, a portion of which were new, building texture and complexity while preserving freshness and aromatic purity.
