Welcome to the latest in our new series of audio interviews, where we hand the producer the microphone and allow them to tell us all about their winery and individual wines.
This time, it’s Robert Gilvesy who led a Hungarian Wine Masterclass at Davy’s Old World Portfolio Tasting earlier this year, co-hosted by Martin Everett MW.
Hungarian expat Robert Gilvesy moved back to his homeland from Canada to establish his winery in 2012 in the Balatoni Borrégió region. He now owns 17ha of organic vineyards, with a focus on Olaszrizling, Furmint, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc and is a founding member of Volcanic Wines of Pannonia.
HOW TO LISTEN
To hear Robert’s masterclass, first choose a wine, you will then find the link about it on the ‘about the producer’ tab.
