Aged for four months on its lees to add structure and body. Clean citrus fruits with tropical fruit and pear notes. The palate is off dry with a crisp and refreshing acidity. Awarded Bronze Medal at 2016 IWSC Decanter.

Made from traditional method, Lyme Bay sparkling spent four months on its lees in order to enrich the palate. The result is a fruit driven wine with fresh aromas lemon and green apple, fine bubbles and a light creamy palate. A great expression of English sparkling wine.

2017 Lyme Bay Bacchus Block

Lyme Bay sources its grapes from different vineyards and ferments each parcel separately in order to produce some of the most complex wines in England.

Grapes are harvested when very ripe almost at botrytis stage. 20% of the wine was aged in oak barrel. Clean and intense nose of grapefruits with tropical notes and herbal undertones. Aromatic and dry with an amazing length.
