Product description
Premier Cru Vineyard orientated South-east for maximum sun exposure. Old vines of age 46 years. Small plot of just 1.58 hectare and grapes are machine harvested. Low yields of 58 hl/ha producing concentrated, complex wines. The grapes are pressed with a pneumatic press. The vinification is carried out uniquely in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for one year, in order to preserve the aromas and natural characters, and the freshness of the wine. Crisp and vibrant Premier Cru Chablis, with zesty citrus, green apple, and a mineral undertone. Elegant acidity and a refined finish showcase its terroir-driven complexity.
