Old masal selection vines, planted in high density (7200 plants per hectare) and with a yield of of 3 plants per bottle. Flood irrigation. Mix of stony sandy loam soil, silty loam soil and frank clay soil. Cold maceration during 6 days at 10º C. Fermentation with native yeasts during 30 days at 27-29º in concrete tanks and 4 daily pump-overs. Malo in 500 liters 2nd use French oak barrels during 25 days. Aged for 16 months in the same barrels. Fresh blueberries, raspberries, currants, rosemary, dark chocolate and sandalwood on the nose. Medium body with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Fragrant, structured and balanced.
