Hand-harvested from select River Minho plots, this Alvarinho reflects its terroir with freshness and elegance, even in a dry vintage. After careful selection and destemming, the grapes were gently pressed. Fermentation with selected yeasts took place at low temperatures in stainless steel, followed by 4–5 months ageing on fine lees with periodic stirring. Vibrant in appearance with lemon, grapefruit and pineapple aromas. It is packed full of juicy nectarine and peach flavours, hints of passion fruit and a sensationally zesty finish.
