Grenache Blanc from vines 25 years old located in Marçà, in Montsant DO. Hand-harvested. Grapes are destemmed, lightly pressed, and transferred to a concrete tank with a capacity of 5,200 L for fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged for 7 months in the same concrete tanks. Limited production of 6,672 bottles.
Aromas of white flowers, yellow apple, lime, peach, spiciness with subtle nutty notes. On the palate, precise with refreshing acidity, full and creamy texture, with a lingering, elegant finish.
Ripe, fresh red berries, minerals, wet herbs and a mossy touch. Elegant, transparent and firm on the palate with a medium body and a composed, stony finish. Quite a pure, delineated expression from Montsant. Drinkable now, but can hold.
