Intense notes of white flowers, pears, citrus fruits and a lovely mouth-watering acidity. All of the vines are cultivated organically and hand harvested before undertaking fermentation in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is prevented from taking place in order to preserve the purity of fruit, with six months ageing on the lees to provide extra depth and complexity.
