Complex nose of apples, white peaches and apricots with notes of thyme and thistle. Elegant and fresh on the palate with a long finish.
“stunning if pricey Sardinian biancosmeraldo, Vermentino di Gallura Superiore: thyme, apple and apricots on the nose, and a long finish on the palate”- N. O’Phile, The Tablet
Italian still white wine from Gallura in Sardinia Italy made with Vermentino.
In 1949, Gioacchino Sini planted the first family vineyard with his 2 sons, Pietrino and Pasqualino, in his homeland Berchida; a beautiful and picturesque 7ha estate surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean forest.
During the 1980’s, Gioacchini Sini Junior took over the Domaine and combined new technology and tradition in order to increase the quality of his wines. Experimenting with micro vinifications of individual parcels, he also looks for optimal techniques and conditions to obtain the best winemaking results.
