Always striving for excellence, Billecart Salmon owns more than 400 small and 20 large oak casks to micro vinify the wines before the blend and use longer fermentation at a lower temperature to maintain freshness and finesse.
Aged for a minimum of seven years and sourced from 85% Grands crus and Premiers crus. 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier. Extra brut dosage. Elegant on the nose with aromas of stone fruit and blueberry alongside notes of fresh hazelnuts, butter and lemon cream. Delicate on the palate with a creamy texture and a lingering finish.
