The Fèvre family have been prominent in Chablis for over 250 years. In 1998 Joseph Henriot picked up the torch and installed an inspired winemaker, in the form of Didier Seguier. Since then, the wines from Domaine William Fèvre have become the benchmark for classic Chablis.
Côte de Bouguerots is a tiny parcel located on the steepest slopes of the Grand Cru Bourgos. Intense and very complex with aromas of citrus, apricot alongside notes of orange peel and hazelnut and hints of cinnamon. very mineral on the palate and great length.
