Product description
From the Margaux appellation and under the stewardship of the Sichel family since 1961, this wine is crafted from low-yield vines aged between 15 and 50 years, carefully managed to produce high-quality fruit. Aged in a combination of 50% clay amphorae and 50% French oak barriques, with 30% new barrels, the wine matures for 12 months. This approach balances the influence of oak with the freshness and vibrancy imparted by amphorae. Elegant and refined, this wine offers aromas of blackberries, cassis, and floral notes, with hints of cedar and spice. The palate is supple yet structured, featuring fine tannins and fresh acidity. The long finish reveals complexity and ageing potential.
