Grapes sourced from a 0.8-hectare lieu-dit ‘En Voluet’ in Beaujolais Cru Fleurie. The vines are aged between 20 and 40 years, with hand-harvesting and careful sorting at the winery. Hand harvested, mid age of 40 years. Traditional winemaking in stainless steel tanks, followed by further aging in the same vessel for 8 months. With an ageing potential of 4-6 years. A charming and elegant Fleurie Cru, exhibiting vibrant red fruit aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by subtle floral notes of rose and violet. On the palate, it offers liveliness and refreshment, with a silky texture and bright acidity.
