Château Beychevelle is a 4eme Grand cru Classe located south of St Julien. The iconic label comes from its ownership by the Duc d’Eperon who was the Admiral of France in the 16th century. The wines produced are generous, deeis now releasedp and well-balanced with a silky texture and are matured in oak barrels (50-60% new) for 18 months.

Beychevelle seeing an increase in demand year after year, demonstratable by growth of over 265% on their 2005 vintage, 275% on their 2006 and 241% on their 2008 since release, we’re delighted by another year of sensible pricing. All recent releases from 2009 to 2015 have seen gains of between 41% and 100% and once again Ch. Beychevelle have released at a price that makes sense to buy at en primeur.
