The search for excellence remains the goal of the oldest wine house in Champagne. Micro vinifications and long bottle ageing are both used to produce complex and elegant sparkling wine.
The Blanc de Blancs offers both the finesse of the Côte des Blancs and the structure of the Montagne de Reims. A complex and delicate wine with white flowers, apricot and plum aromas alongside citrus, brioche and mineral notes. A beautiful long silky finish rounds the experience off perfectly.

The site is still located in Ay, although they have now a grander establishment in Epernay as well. View our range.
They attach great importance to the specific character of each individual terroir and, using their long standing contacts, they blend together the best crus from forty five Grand and Premier Cru villages to great effect. They believe in the old ways, not only is the fruit all harvested by hand, but the ‘remuage’ (turning of the bottles) is all done by hand as well. The results speak for themselves.
