Champagne H. Blin uses mainly Pinot Meunier for their wines. Its red fruit aromas and high acid levels brings a subtle freshness and fruitiness. All wines are made from grapes grown on their own vineyards – a rare thing in the region – giving them full control over the quality and allowing them to follow a sustainable approach.
Sourced from 40 to 50 years old vines, this Champagne is made with 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir and aged on the lees for 3 to 4 years. Aromas of red berry and citrus alongside hints of freshly baked bread and mineral notes. Lively on the palate with fine bubbles and a creamy texture. Certified organic.
