Grapes are sourced from sustainably managed vineyards in the Marne Valley, with a focus on Pinot Meunier. Following traditional Champagne methods, the wine undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, with a minimum of 24 months ageing on the lees to enhance complexity and texture. Vibrant aromas of red apple, citrus, and white flowers. The palate is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity and fine bubbles, leading to a smooth, toasty finish with hints of almond and brioche.
