Product description
The vineyards, with vines aged between 30 to 40 years from the Marne Valley. The cuvée honours Charles Vercy, one of the founding members of the H. Blin in 1947, representing the community’s commitment to showcasing the unique qualities of Pinot Meunier. The wine is made using the méthode traditionnelle. After gentle pressing, the first fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A second fermentation in the bottle is followed by 24 months of ageing on lees. Ripe red apple, pear, and subtle white flowers are layered with brioche and hazelnut notes. The palate is fresh and balanced, featuring flavours of lemon curd, stone fruits, and a hint of toasted almonds.
