Product description
The grapes are sourced from several parcels located on clay-limestone and sandy marl hills in the Zellenberg region. Hand-harvested. Pressed directly with no added sulphur under the press, using natural yeasts for fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees for 6-9 months, allowing it to develop complexity, with malolactic fermentation and filtration. Fine, fresh nose with floral notes of acacia. On the palate, it is elegant and concentrated, revealing fresh apricot flavours. The finish is rich and satisfying, making it a delightful wine with excellent balance.
