Grapes are sourced from 15-year-old organically managed vineyards at 200 meters above sea level, with a focus on sustainable practices. The vines are trained using the spurred cordon method, with 4,000 vines per hectare. Hand-harvested grapes are refrigerated overnight before a gentle pressing. After 36 hours of decanting, fermentation occurs in stainless steel at 15°C. The wine is vegan and produced using renewable energy. The nose opens with delicate vegetal aromas, which evolve into refreshing citrus notes, complemented by subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a fresh and pleasantly savoury finish.
