Owner Riccardo Lepri took over the estate after his grandfather Enos in 2001. Alongside winemaker Fabrizio Moltard, they decided to focus on producing mainly white wines, unusual for Tuscany’s up and coming Maremma region. Following an organic approach they make wines with concentrated flavours that started to generate interest amongst critics.
Vermentino grapes are infused for 30 days with wormwood, gentian, chamomile, cardamom, coriander and herbs, lemon balm and eucalyptus. Perfect for sipping straight or to pair with blue cheeses. Awarded a bronze medal at the World Vermouth Awards 2022.
