Product description
Grapes are sourced exclusively from Nyetimber’s estate-owned vineyards in West Sussex, Hampshire, and Kent. The sites are planted on south-facing, free-draining greensand and chalk soils, ideal for ripening classic Champagne varieties. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on lees for a minimum of 36 months, enhancing complexity, texture, and autolytic character. Carefully selected reserve wines are blended in for consistency and depth across vintages. Delicate aromas of citrus, orchard fruit, and brioche lead to a finely textured palate with baked apple, lemon zest, and toasted hazelnut. Creamy mousse and a long, elegant finish.
