Born to a family of winemakers in Burgundy, Pascal Clément has over 20 years’ experience when it comes to vineyards and wine. Vinifying his wine in the most natural way he aims for his wines to be at their peak before being bottled.
Nestled where two valleys meet, Pernand-Vergelesses is located in the heights of Côte de Beaune and clay and limestone soils. Aged for 11 months in oak barrels. Aromas of hawthorn and acacia with hints of honey and spice. Medium to full-bodied and harmonious on the palate with notes of minerals.
