Product description
Machine harvested from a vineyard comprising one-third 15-year-old vines and two-thirds 52-year-old vines. Yields reached a maximum of 60 hL/ha in 2023. Vinified naturally without chemical additives, with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Underwent natural malolactic fermentation and aged on lees for 9 months to enhance texture and complexity. Tangy, fresh citrus notes are beautifully supported by layers of warm, rich fruit. Lighter style than its broader richer sibling Chablis.
