Product description
The grapes are sourced from multiple plots in the Ribeauvillé region. The vines are carefully cultivated including ploughing, composting, and mowing. The estate practices natural treatments using Bordeaux mixture, plant infusions, and algae extracts. Hand-harvested and carefully selected, the grapes undergo direct pressing without added sulfur. Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts, followed by ageing on fine lees for 6 to 9 months. Complex bouquet of smoky aromas, with fresh citrus notes. The palate is structured, balancing the wine’s refreshing acidity with a light roundness and a touch of sweetness.
