Product description
Grapes are sourced from approximately 30 carefully selected crus across Champagne—Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, Epernay, and the Côte des Blancs. Each variety from each vineyard site is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, including malolactic fermentation. After blending, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation and spends at least three years ageing. A refined non-vintage Champagne offering pear, brioche and floral notes with a creamy texture, bone-dry balance, and elegant, mineral finish.
