Product description
Grapes are hand-picked from select vineyards in the Marsala area, known for their white varieties. Trained using the traditional Spalliera system, vines are carefully managed to ensure optimal ripeness by mid-September. Destemmed and gently pressed with a pneumatic press, the grapes undergo fermentation at controlled temperatures below 18 °C for about three weeks. No malolactic fermentation to preserve natural acidity. Vibrant and expressive, with refreshing citrus, pineapple, and floral notes, balanced by a crisp acidity and a lingering, satisfying finish.
