Product description
This old family estate owns 8 hectares of vines in Meursault and Pommard. Vincent Latour is now in charge of the estate alongside his wife Cecile. Together they also work as a negociant under Maison Vincent Latour. Vincent aims for his wines to achieve the right balance between concentration and body and avoid imparting oak flavours.
Aged for 12 months in a mix of 600L barrels and foudres, followed by another 4 to 6 months in stainless-steel tanks. Delicate aromas of citrus fruit and yellow flower. Medium to full-bodied with concentrated fruits on the palate. Delicate buttery texture complimented by a touch of oak and a long mineral finish. Very elegant St Aubin that competes with Puligny and punches well above its weight. It has just started to open up and will keep for many years.
