Product description
The reputation of the wines of Saint Aubin do nothing but grow, it is a serious wine village in Burgundy but stays modest. Grapes sourced from vineyard Chez Edouard are beautifully exposed to the rising sun. The wine is vinified and aged for 12 months in oak Burgundy barrels, one fifth being new. The vinification is done without the use of sulphur and once the malolactic fermentation has taken place the wines are protected and only very tiny doses of sulphur are used.
Sous La Roche lies on a steep slope and benefits from a south exposure. Aged for 16 to 18 months in old oak barrels. Rich Chardonnay with aromas of citrus and biscuit. Concentrated fruits on the palate with a mineral finish.
