Fully organic, this estate is blessed with many different types of soil so they can produce wines of diversity and complexity. Hand Harvested, 42 and 57 year old vines, yield 9.000 Fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. Made by traditional method with second fermentation in the bottle. Aged for 12 months before released. No oak ageing. Fresh notes of citrus, ripe red apple and stone fruits with hints of biscuit and toastiness. The palate is lively with a rich creamy finish showing great depth and finesse.
